    A Sea of Coverages

Too often, policies are renewed year after year without considering the political, economic and global conditions. Marine insurance is one of the world’s oldest forms of insurance and many of the coverages as essential as ever.

We represent clients in many forms of marine insurance including:

    • Cargo insurance
    • General & comprehensive liability
    • Hull insurance
    • Inland insurance

    Unique Risks with Marine Insurance

Comprehensive or general liability policies are under different regulations on the seas. Losses covered typically include only maritime risks such as storms, crew negligence and pirating. Often, coverages include only risks that are common to the sea and the scope of losses is limited. Our lawyers are experienced in communicating these unique aspects of marine insurance with our clients in all phases of a claim and litigation.
