Blake Adams practices in the area of health care law with an emphasis on regulatory compliance. In addition to his regulatory practice, Mr. Adams’ practice also includes regularly representing providers during administrative appeals at both the administrative law judge level and before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board. He also assists health care providers on transactional issues including acquisitions, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements and other contractual matters.

  • Represented hospitals seeking geographic reclassification from the Medicare Geographic Classification Review Board to obtain substantial increases in Medicare reimbursements.
  • Assisted hospital in preparing disclosure of 340B Drug Program compliance issues to the Office of Pharmacy Affairs and the Mississippi Division of Medicaid.
  • Represented providers in appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board.
  • Represented providers in RAC appeals at the administrative law judge level.
