ABA Presents Digital Replicas and AI Policy Discussion

Andrew Coffman joined a discussion on digital replicas and AI policy, hosted by the ABA Copyright and Emerging Technology committee. The panel discussed the proper terminology to distinguish between different types of digital replicas, the First Amendment implications of any federal legislation, and the current state of both state and federal action on digital replicas.
