ABA Presents IP, CBD, and THC: The Highs and Lows of Practicing Cannabis Law

Phelps partner Lindsay Calhoun and associate Andrew Coffman are program organizers of the CLE event "IP, CBD, and THC: The Highs and Lows of Practicing Cannabis Law," sponsored by the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.

Partner Beau Haynes will join the panel "In the Weeds: Client Perspectives" that will discuss serving clients in the cannabis industry, including IP support from both client and attorney perspectives. The discussion will explore the differences across states depending on recreational or medical use, and address licensing, regulatory and IP issues.
