ABA Presents Student Athletes and Virtual Branding: A Practical Discussion on Monetizing and Protecting Your Brand in the Digital World

Lindsay Calhoun will moderate the panel discussion "Student Athletes and Virtual Branding: A Practical Discussion on Monetizing and Protecting Your Brand in the Digital World," a virtual CLE program presented by the American Bar Association. The presentation will discuss new developments in student athletes' ability to profit off of their name, image and likeness, as well as licensing and protecting one's rights across digital platforms.
