Karleen Green, a partner of Phelps’ Baton Rouge office, led this discussion focusing on ERISA and how fiduciary duties are used to ensure organization’s benefit plans are compliant and well-managed.

Claudine Jackson of the Fort Worth office spoke about fiduciary liability and plan litigation and how to be proactive through diversifying plan investments to mitigate risk. She also discussed how the new Trump Administration's policies affects these matters.
