As part of our full-service labor and employment practice, we represent our clients in all types of employment litigation, including multi-plaintiff suits and class actions, in state and federal courts throughout the country. We defend claims involving race, gender, age, religion, national origin and disability discrimination; sexual harassment; wage and hour and equal pay; wrongful discharge and retaliation; and related state laws. We also frequently litigate breaches of employment contracts and enforcement of trade secrets and non-competition agreements.

We participate in all phases of federal and state court litigation and arbitrations from answering complaints to handling trials and appeals. We have extensive experience dealing with a broad array of administrative charges and investigations before agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Our employment litigators try a number of cases, including appeals, for our clients. However, we are also equally effective at achieving an early settlement when that meets their goals and objectives.
