ACC Research Triangle Area CLE Lunch & Learn: Disaster Recovery Planning for In-House Counsel

Jonathan E. Hall, managing partner of Phelps’ Raleigh office, will moderate a panel discussion focused on crisis management as it relates to disasters. The discussion will also cover planning for and managing crises in organizations and the role than in-house counsel play in these situations. Phelps partner Drew Patty is a panelist along with Robert McLean, general counsel at EnPro Industries and Julie Song, SVP, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Advance Auto Parts.
