American Agricultural Law Association Annual Educational Symposium
Phelps partner Brandon Davis broke down recent changes to immigration law and their impacts on U.S. employers at the American Agricultural Law Association's annual educational symposium.
With Misty Wilson Borkowski of Hall Booth Smith and the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association's Jamie Fussell, Brandon discussed major changes to the H-2A program, including new worker protections, streamlined processes, and expanded flexibility for employers and workers. The group also explored recent court rulings and regulatory trends shaping agency enforcement, wage rules and immigration-related labor practices in agriculture.
