Biloxi Seafood Festival

Phelps' Gulfport office is a First Mate sponsor of the 42nd annual Biloxi Seafood Festival, presented by the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce at the Biloxi Town Green. The Chamber's biggest fundraiser, the festival celebrates the rich heritage of the city's seafood and features entertainment, local art vendors and more!
