Phelps Dunbar expanded to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2001 when the firm opened an office in Gulfport to further meet existing client needs as well as to expand our services to new clients in the area. As the second largest city in Mississippi, Gulfport is a center for commerce, transportation and tourism.
