Catriana Messina Selected as 2023 PICG Claims Academy Delegate

Tampa, Fla. - March 16, 2023 - Phelps Counsel Catriana Messina was nominated and selected as a delegate for the Property Insurance Claims Group (PICG) Claims Academy. Catriana is one of only 24 insurance professionals designated to attend this year’s Academy.

PICG is a Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) Claims Committee that provides a representative forum for discussion of common issues and concerns within the property market in London and on an international basis. The second annual Academy will be held from May 1 to May 12 and will provide delegates with a unique insight into Lloyd’s of London and the London insurance market.

Catriana practices in Phelps’ Tampa office. With a focus on first-party property insurance, she helps insurers and their agents navigate complex coverage disputes and minimize potential exposure in both domestic and foreign markets.
