    Phelps advised certain underwriters at Lloyd's in defending against claims for business interruption due to COVID-19. In the case, the judge dismissed plaintiff Town Kitchen's breach of contract suit, finding that the restaurant hadn't shown that the insurers improperly denied its insurance claim.
