Phelps Elects Three to Counsel Class

NEW ORLEANS – Nov. 7, 2023 – Phelps is proud to elect three lawyers to its 2023 counsel class. The move highlights Phelps’ commitment to handling cutting-edge concerns in rapidly changing industries across the firm’s footprint.

Phelps newest counsel class includes:

• • Caroline Crosby – (Insurance, New Orleans) guides domestic and London Market insurers in complex coverage matters involving professional, cyber, excess and commercial general liability policies. Caroline recently obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential to better serve clients in the ever-changing landscape of privacy laws and cybersecurity threats.  
  • Winston Grow – (Litigation, Mobile) represents construction and business clients in litigation and complex matters, including breach of contract, business tort and construction defect claims. He assists London Market insurers with property insurance coverage matters, including bad faith claims.
  • Raquel Ramirez Jefferson – (Employment, Tampa) represents corporate clients in labor and employment and complex commercial litigation. In addition to a complex litigation practice, Raquel advises clients on employment practices and effective regulatory compliance programs.
