TexasBarCLE Presents Advanced Consumer & Commercial Law

Phelps Houston Counsel Michael Carrer joined a panel at the 21st annual Advance Consumer and Commercial Law Course in Austin, Texas, to discuss the challenges of the tripartite relationship. Moderated by Texas Fifth District Court of Appeals Justice Mike Lee, the panel shared ways to overcome communication barriers, understand each party's objectives, and work toward common goals. Attendees received CLE credit from TexasBarCLE. The Consumer & Commercial Law Section of the State Bar of Texas co-sponsored the event.
