- Provided advice to insurance carriers in connection with a death and dozens of personal injury claims arising out of a natural gas line explosion near a mobile home community. Counseled clients on coverage, made recommendations and managed settlements.
- Negotiated settlements in mediation on behalf of insurance carriers related to personal injury claims filed after a ship capsized off the Louisiana coast.
- Counseled insurance carriers on coverage and settlements for insureds, who were injured after a tractor trailer accident that led to multiple vehicle collisions.
- Advised insurance carrier on coverage issues presented by an industrial fire, which resulted in multiple injuries. Represented the same insurer in cascading settlement discussions, resulting in reasonable settlements.
- Monitored a complex claim resulting from an oilwell blowout which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries, including examining all litigation discovery. Mitigated the claims for the client in a successful mediation.
