Super Lawyers Recognizes Two Phelps North Carolina Lawyers in 2024 Honors

RALEIGH, N.C. — Jan. 16, 2024 — Super Lawyers honored Raleigh partners Kevin M. O’Brien and Anna Pulliam Cathcart on its 2024 North Carolina lists. Kevin, who focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage and contract disputes, was named to the Super Lawyers list for the eighth year in a row. This is the fourth Rising Stars list recognition for Anna, who helps clients navigate first-party property and third-party liability issues.

Those honored rank in the top 5% of nominated lawyers in North Carolina. To qualify for the North Carolina Rising Stars honor, lawyers must meet these requirements and either have 10 years or less in practice or be 40 years old or younger.
