Super Lawyers Names Five Phelps Lawyers to 2023 Texas Rising Stars List
DALLAS/FORT WORTH, Texas — March 22, 2023 — Lawyers from all three of Phelps’ Texas offices made the 2023 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. More than half of this group of emerging leaders are women lawyers, and all ranked among the only 5% of nominated Texas lawyers chosen for the list.

To qualify for the Texas Rising Stars honor, lawyers must meet these requirements and either have 10 years or less in practice or be 40 years old or younger.
