Premises Liability Symposium Hosted by ESRBA

Phelps Pensacola Partner Charles Wiggins presented the program "Real World Tumbles" at the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association's Premises Liability Symposium. 

Wiggins discussed the types of cases practitioners might encounter in the field of premises liability. Drawing from of real-life examples, he shared videos and photographs of industrial accidents, commercial accidents and other premises liability claims. The seminar is approved for CLE credit for ESRBA members.
