LeadingAge Alabama Presents Arbitration in Long Term Care

Phelps Partner Jim Henry will present "Arbitration in Long Term Care," an update and workshop sponsored by LeadingAge Alabama. This presentation will address CMS regulations concerning arbitration agreements in long-term care as well as learning opportunities from case studies. 

The Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators will offer continuing education credit from attending this workshop.
