Phelps Advises Women’s Health of Mississippi on Strategic Partnership With Together Women's Health

Phelps represented Women’s Health of Mississippi, a leading OBGYN group practice in the state of Mississippi, in its strategic affiliation with Together Women’s Health (TWH). This transaction brought five respected practices across eight locations, with the addition of 24 physicians and nine advanced practice providers, into the TWH network.

This affiliation strengthens TWH’s presence across north, central, south and coastal Mississippi, creating one of the most comprehensive women’s health networks in the state. With this expansion, TWH now supports 26 practices and over 230 providers across 66 locations nationwide.
