Matt Harrell helps health care providers navigate federal and state regulations and guides them through transactions related to the provision of health care items and services. He is certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Health Care Compliance Association.
Prior to joining Phelps, he worked for a private health care company and a state regulatory agency in Mississippi, and he brings valuable insight gained from this experience to his practice.
