Phelps’ Raleigh Managing Partner Jonathan E. Hall Selected for Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

RALEIGH – February 3, 2026 – Jonathan Hall, the managing partner of Phelps’ Raleigh office and a member of the firm’s Litigation group, was chosen as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

Members have achieved professional distinction and are recognized leaders in the legal community. They pursue the course of a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits. Membership is selective and  achieved only by nomination.

Founded in 1936, FDCC is a professional trade association of defense and corporate counsel and industry executives committed to advancing the principles of integrity, professionalism, fair civil justice and intellectual capital.

Jonathan concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes and products liability law. He has represented various entities within the health care and industrial sectors, including pharmaceutical companies, nursing homes and home health agencies, medical equipment manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers and healthcare systems. He has extensive litigation experience throughout the Carolinas, Virginia and across the country.

In addition to trial work, Jonathan provides risk management guidance to health care and corporate clients, as well as pre-market advice for product manufacturers.
