Phelps Represents Bollinger Shipyards in Acquisition of VT Halter Marine and ST Engineering Halter Marine Offshore

NEW ORLEANS, La. — Nov. 17, 2022 — Phelps advised Bollinger Shipyards, the largest privately-owned and operated shipbuilder in the United States, in its acquisition of VT Halter Marine, Inc. and ST Engineering Halter Marine Offshore. The transaction solidifies Bollinger’s position as a world leader in the construction of top-tier vessels for its government and commercial clients.
