Phelps Represents Bollinger Shipyards in $28.6 Million Acquisition of Gulf Island Fabrication’s Shipyard Division

Phelps advised Bollinger Shipyards LLC, a leading ship designer and builder with 11 shipyards across the Gulf Coast, in its acquisition of the shipyard division of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. (NASDAQ: GIFI), a fabricator of complex steel structures and modules serving the industrial and energy sectors. The acquisition expands Bollinger’s new construction and repair capacity and capabilities to better serve its key defense and commercial customers.
