Two Phelps Partners Honored as Lawdragon’s 2027 Leading Litigators

NEW ORLEANS – Nov. 6, 2026 – Kim Boyle and Miles Clements were recognized in the 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America list.

Kim leads Phelps’ New Orleans office as its managing partner. For more than 30 years, she has represented public and private employers in employment claims and business disputes. She also handles EEOC charges and other administrative complaints through the administrative and judicial process. She resolves constitutional and Title IX claims, as well as a variety of commercial conflicts, including breach of contract, business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices and class actions. She frequently speaks on employment-related topics, litigation and issues of procedure, as well as diversity, ethics and professionalism.

Miles is a veteran trial lawyer who has tried 100 cases to judgment. He represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as specialized jurisdictions nationwide, at both the trial and appellate levels. He represents clients in the marine and energy sectors and defends the business and commercial needs of privately held and publicly traded companies. Miles is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
