Kim Boyle helps public and private clients resolve labor and employment, civil rights, constitutional law, commercial, tort and general litigation. She’s known for her persuasive oral argument skills in both trial and appellate courts, and for her ability to take cases from inception through verdict and defend clients’ positions on appeal.
Kim regularly represents employers in retaliation, workplace harassment and discrimination claims. She also handles EEOC charges and other administrative complaints through the administrative and judicial process.

- Successful defense of Fortune 500 client in federal court against claims of race, age and disability discrimination. Summary judgment in favor of the defendant was affirmed on appeal.
- Successful defense of major pharmaceutical company in federal court against claims of race discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation. Summary judgment in favor of the defendant was affirmed on appeal.
- Successful appellate oral argument in defense of Fortune 1000 client sued for pregnancy discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Summary judgment in favor of the defendant was affirmed with prejudice.
- Currently serving as lead counsel in defense of governmental entity in putative collection action claiming Fair Labor Standards Act violations.
