- Assisted with $22,594,500 HUD refinance of apartment complex in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Currently assisting with reorganization of public utility provider in connection with sale of transmission assets.
- Assisted with traditional neighborhood development restrictions for two Greater Baton Rouge area developments.
- Assisted with donation of property to State of Louisiana pursuant to a cooperative endeavor agreement.
