He also specializes in first-and third-party bad faith matters including excess policy claims. Matt previously served as the Regional Practice Coordinator of the firm's Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group, which covers seven offices and 50-plus attorneys and is a member of the Policy and Planning Committee.
He lived with his family in London from September 1997 through March 1998 as part of the Secondee Counsel Program run by the DP Mann (now Faraday) Underwriting Syndicate at Lloyds. He served as in-house counsel to DP Mann and other Underwriting Syndicates at Lloyds and Company Market Insurers.
