Phelps Dunbar opened its Dallas/Fort Worth office to serve clients with a presence in North Texas. Attorneys in the office bring specialized skills that serve clients in the development of public and private infrastructure, particularly in the areas of property rights, eminent domain and real estate matters, as well as commercial litigation, intellectual property, labor and employment, insurance, banking, estate planning, and tax law. The office opened in July 2013.
