Darcy Lee structures and negotiates strategic transactions for private companies, business owners and corporate leadership teams. She represents buyers, sellers and investors from deal structuring and due diligence to closing. Drawing on experience as both outside and in-house counsel, she helps clients evaluate risk, manage transactions and address the operational impacts of significant deals.

Darcy takes ownership of complex matters, coordinating legal teams and business leadership to keep deals on track. She understands the importance of learning a client's business, history and goals, and asking the right questions to find solutions when issues come up.
