H. David "Trey" Clark III

Trey practices in the area of labor and employment, representing both private and public employers in defense of Title VII and other discrimination lawsuits, wage-and-hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and Section 1983 civil rights claims.
As part of his practice, Trey also defends claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Equal Pay Act. Trey also has substantial experience defending claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In addition to his litigation practice, Trey also provides advice and counsel on a variety of employment matters such as employment contracts, restrictive covenants, policies and procedures, hiring practices, disciplinary actions and wage-and-hour compliance.
