    Jason Brace helps buyers, sellers and business owners anticipate issues before they disrupt a deal, using experience on both sides of the table to forecast sticking points and find solutions.     Jason has extensive experience advising private equity investors, portfolio companies and entrepreneurial businesses on ownership transitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and growth investments.
