Jolee Land

Jolee Land practices in the area of employment law with a focus on assisting clients in responding to pre-suit charges of race, sex, national origin and disability discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Additionally, she represents employers in both state and federal court regarding discrimination, wrongful termination and fraudulent inducement claims, as well as enforcement of noncompetition and confidentiality agreements. She also assists employers to draft, maintain and enforce personnel policies and procedures on topics such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, drug free workplace, discipline and discharge of employees, wage and hour compliance and various other issues.
