- Represented insurance companies in suits for declaratory action on commercial general liability policies to determine coverage and extra-contractual liability, including multi-insurer disputes and allocation issues arising from construction defect claims.
- Obtained ruling from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for insurer of a daycare in connection with an auto exclusion.
- Obtained summary judgment in favor of insurer of a bar against a claim for policy reformation.
- Presented on issues including Stowers demands in Texas, risk transfer, late notice, avoiding bad faith, and how claims and underwriting can work together.
