    Keith Dennen represents doctors and health care providers on regulatory issues affecting the health care industry including Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, licensing, HIPAA and reimbursement matters. He assists clients in government investigations and with insurance disputes.

    Businesses throughout Tennessee turn to Keith for guidance on issues relating to employment, business entity structure and governance, succession planning, transactions, real estate leasing, acquisitions and intellectual property. He also represents many business clients in litigation involving non-competition agreements, retaliatory discharge, whistleblower claims, breach of contract, violation of shareholders agreements, copyright and patent infringement and violation of property rights.

    For 30 years, Keith has served as the general counsel to The Industrial Development Board of the City of Hendersonville, Tennessee. Since 2005, he has been general counsel to the Tennessee Risk Management Trust. Keith also represents other governmental entities, nonprofit corporations and associations.

    Keith also serves on the firm's Ethics Committee.
