Logan Golladay is a member of Phelps’ Business practice group.
Logan served as a law clerk at multiple law firms during law school. He has experience drafting pleadings, covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) and reviewing discovery documents and deposition transcripts. He was a member of the Stetson Law Review.
While in law school, Logan served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Ronald Ficarrotta, Chief Judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
