Phelps advised Next Level Brands, a hospitality company that develops and operates distinctive restaurant concepts, in securing a 7,600-square-foot lease for Matilde, a luxury Mexican steakhouse in Tampa, Florida. The transaction involved negotiating a complex lease for a premier waterfront location that will serve as the restaurant's flagship Tampa venue, earning it a top spot on the city’s annual list of Best Real Estate Deals.

The project represents a multimillion-dollar investment in Tampa's growing dining and entertainment sector. The development will add a high-end culinary destination to the Riverwalk area and enhance Tampa's hospitality landscape.
