Maeve Healy is a member of Phelps’ Litigation practice. She defends clients in disputes arising from professional negligence, premises liability and products liability. Maeve holds the IAPP’s Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) designation. She advises clients on privacy issues.
Before joining Phelps, Maeve was an Assistant District Attorney in the Johnston County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted criminal misdemeanor cases. She brings trial experience from representing the district attorney’s office in 15 bench trials.
