Michael Rinaldi’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, litigation and counseling matters involving various complex first-party insurance disputes. Michael represents admitted and surplus lines insurers and is experienced in navigating arbitrations, mediations, appraisals and litigation in Florida’s state and federal courts.
While in law school, Michael was the founder and president of the Insurance Law Association and was a teaching assistant for Insurance Law and Pre-Trial Practice. He also received the Victor O. Wehle Award in Trial Advocacy.
