Using his background in biology and physics, Nash Gilmore applies the scientific method to understand the issues his clients face and solve their problems. Clients turn to Nash for his trial experience and his ability to navigate complex liability and business issues.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Nash helps insurance carriers and reinsurers resolve first-party insurance coverage issues.

    Experience

    • Counseled mental health professionals and expert witnesses through pre-trial matters and motions, including Daubert issues, in United States v. The Firm appealed a district court ruling siding with the federal government to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and won a reversal.
