Syd Frazier advises and defends employers regarding the full scope of state and federal employment laws in both trial and appellate court. His representation includes matters regarding wrongful termination, EEOC filings, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, and retaliation claims under the Federal Railway Safety Act. He has extensive experience in labor arbitration and workers’ compensation cases and regularly conducts training for employers and supervisors in the prevention and handling of workplace harassment claims and in the proper handling of employee discipline and discharge issues.
