When insurers, managed care entities and other stakeholders face health care-related lawsuits, Taylor Crousillac partners with them to find the most constructive path forward. He helps clients manage the entire spectrum of complex litigation issues, whether they are pre-suit, in federal court, in state court, or pending before administrative and regulatory bodies.

Taylor has managed complex disputes all the way to jury verdicts in both federal and state courts. He is particularly skilled at resolving matters involving out-of-network payment disputes and challenges to benefits determinations under both the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and state law. He also guides companies through Medicaid fair hearings and lawsuits brought under the No Surprises Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Employment disputes are another common source of litigation for health care entities. Taylor combines his health care industry focus with employment law experience to help clients structure and enforce noncompetition agreements and restrictive covenants. He’s also well-versed in handling unfair trade practices claims frequently tied to health care operations.

Taylor understands the toll that any dispute can have on a company and its productivity. Knowing that one issue can often impact a business’s entire operations, Taylor helps clients identify vulnerabilities before they become problems and provides effective and practical solutions if a dispute does arise.

Taylor counsels clients and litigates claims on matters arising under federal, state and local laws. He represents clients on issues that involve:

        • Health care litigation
        • Managed care-related disputes
        • Medicaid fair hearings
        • The No Surprises Act
        • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act
        • Commercial litigation
        • Labor and employment law
        • Noncompetition and nonsolicitation clauses
        • Trade secrets and unfair trade practices

During law school, Taylor was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
