In his aviation and transportation practice, Tom draws from his leadership and tenure as a U.S. Naval aviator and helicopter aircraft commander. He earned an FAA Commercial Pilot Rating, and Instrument Rating, Rotary (Helicopter) and Fixed Wing. Tom has defended major manufacturers of aircraft against claims of defective products and liability involving catastrophic injury and death.
