2026 Louisiana Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Symposium

Phelps Baton Rouge Counsel Michael Victorian will serve as a panelist at the Louisiana Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Symposium sponsored by the Louisiana Board of Regents at Grambling State University. He will participate in the session entitled, “Representation Matters: Athlete Agents, Regulation & Protecting Student-Athletes” from 2-3 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026.

The symposium brings together leaders from K-12 and higher education along with policymakers, lawyers and other stakeholders to discuss topics such as Louisiana’s NIL framework,  NIL opportunities, athlete representation and legislative developments.
