Phelps Advises Renasant Corporation in Sale of Renasant Insurance to Sunstar Insurance Group

Phelps represented Renasant Corporation (Nasdaq: RNST), the parent company of Renasant Bank, in the sale of Renasant Insurance, Inc. to Sunstar Insurance Group, LLC. Now a part of Sunstar, Renasant Insurance will rebrand itself as Sunstar Insurance Services. All current Renasant Insurance leadership and employees joined Sunstar after the deal closed.
