He specializes in first-party coverage and litigation/arbitration of insurance disputes with a focus on weather-related property damage claims. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to third-party commercial liability coverage.

During his time at the University of Texas School of Law, Mark received the Dean’s Achievement Award for outstanding academic performance in both Insurance Law and International Arbitration. He was also recognized by the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program for his work in the Human Rights Clinic.
