    John Bobango advises private companies, private equity firms and venture capital firms, including their portfolio companies, in a wide range of industries. He also has broad experience in representing startups, later-stage and established companies.     • Representation of a full-service electronics manufacturing services provider on the sale to a European strategic buyer.
    • Structured a reorganization and recapitalization of a U.S.-based medical device company with an Ireland-based company and subsequent sale to a Fortune 500 company.
    • Representation of a revenue-cycle management services company on the sale to a private equity sponsor.
