Justine Tate defends individuals, companies and national employers in both North and South Carolina in the areas of labor and employment, commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability and defamation.
Justine serves as local counsel in the Carolinas to national employers on employment matters and represents them in state and federal court when litigation arises.
She has prior experience defending insurers in first- and third-party insurance cases.

- Assist national employer in responding to pre-suit charges of race, sex, national origin and disability discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
- Represent national employers in state and federal court regarding discrimination and wrongful termination matters.
- Defend insured clients in defamation, premises liability, and product liability matters in state and federal courts.
