Rachel is our Claims Coordinator. She has been with the London Claims Group since 2009. In addition to managing bordereau reports, the Phelps online claim system, and the department’s financials, she produces data analytics and statistical reports for various books of business. Her 10 plus years of experience with the reporting requirements of the Lloyd’s market is a true asset. She appreciates the importance of timely reporting, accurate loss runs and detailed financial information.
